New cast iron range AROME

High-quality series of enamelled cast iron products with a traditional design. Perfect to cook tasty grandmother-style dishes.

 

The red outer enamel layer protects the cast iron and makes the casserole durable and resistant to scratches. The beige enamel layer on the inside makes the casserole easy to maintain and thus highly hygienic. Food rests cannot burn into the material, so you won't need a scourer to clean these products.

This series of casseroles is also characterized by the cast iron side grips and the stainless steel lid grip. Arôme can be used on all heat sources, including induction cooking plates. The casseroles can also be used in the oven, on the barbecue, under the grill, etc.

Available in this range: 

  • Round casserole of 25 cm (capacity of 4,5L)
  • Round casserole of 27 cm (capacity 6,1L
  • Oval casserole of 31 cm (capacity 5,2L)

Advantages of cast iron

 

Cast iron is extremely resistant to ultrahigh temperatures. Once the required temperature is reached, this material maintains the heat for a long time and spreads it uniformly. This results in uniform cooking .

Because the heat is maintained much longer, less energy is used which means lower expenses whilst cooking. And last but not least, aromas and flavours are perfectly preserved in cast iron, hence the name of this series.
