Aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat - 5 times better than iron, 14 times better than stainless steel. Thanks to its superior conductivity, an aluminium pan distributes the heat uniformly over the entire surface and cooking temperatures are easily controlled. This makes it possible to obtain even cooking of food of any shape and whatever their position in the pan with respect to the center of the burner.

10 Years

The aluminium parts of your Beka cookware are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase, provided it is used as per the use and care instructions.

The non-stick coating is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, provided it is used as per the use and care instructions.

This means it will be repaired free of charge or replaced if any item is found to be defective due to faulty materials and/or manufacture, during household use.

This guarantee does not cover defects caused by negligence, abuse, commercial use and/or normal wear and tear.

A saucepan is a round cooking utensil with 1 long handle. It can come with or without a lid. Saucepans often come in smaller sizes, which makes them perfect to prepare smaller portions, sauces, tapas, etc.

It is important a saucepan is well balanced, with a handle that allows the pan to be easily lifted for stirring.  

Saucepans can be used for making soups and sauces, boiling vegetables and other foods, braising and even sautéing (in the low-sided models). As they often come in small sizes, they are perfectly suited for making smaller dishes.
