Emporo
Durable glass lid with stainless steel rim, which allows control of the cooking process. Ergonomically designed easy to grip handles in stainless steel on both lid and body to lift and pour easily. An oven glove is recommended for use with stainless steel handles. All handles on Beka cookware are designed to fit perfectly in your hand. Lid includes 2 different sizes of straining holes, for easy draining of smaller and larger food. Thanks to the pouring spout pouring off becomes even more easy. No more need for a measuring jug thanks to the inside capacity marks. Read off the exact volume quickly and easily from the scale of the inside of the product. This means that a layer of aluminum is encapsulated between two layers of stainless steel, giving you an optimal heat conduction and –distribution. The advantage is that the aluminum can’t be attacked by aggressive detergents, so there will be no white corrosion spots on the base.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel as such is not a good heat conductor. Therefore it will always be combined with a highly conductible metal (like aluminium or copper). This conductible metal will mostly be found in the base surface only. In other cases you will find it back all over the body surface, which we call multilayer material. Utensils made of stainless steel have almost unlimited durability, withstand all usual food and detergents and have a neutral odour and taste. Stainless steel can resist temperatures up to 250°C.

The inox parts of your Beka cookware are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase, provided it is used as per the use and care instructions.

This means it will be repaired free of charge or replaced if any item is found to be defective due to faulty materials and/or manufacture, during household use.

This guarantee does not cover defects caused by negligence, abuse, commercial use and/or normal wear and tear.

Ideal for cooking and draining potatoes and vegetables due to the large straining holes. The smaller holes also stop rice, pasta and e.g. peas while draining.
