Stainless steel as such is not a good heat conductor. Therefore it will always be combined with a highly conductible metal (like aluminium or copper). This conductible metal will mostly be found in the base surface only. In other cases you will find it back all over the body surface, which we call multilayer material. Utensils made of stainless steel have almost unlimited durability, withstand all usual food and detergents and have a neutral odour and taste. Stainless steel can resist temperatures up to 250°C.

First boil 650ml of water in the skillet. Carefully crack the eggs one by one in the cups, and lower the cups into the cup holder. Put the cup holder with the filled cups inside the skillet with boiling water. Put the glass lid on the skillet. Most eggs will take between 2-3min for the white to cook, but leave the yolk still runny.
You can also use the skillet for any kind of egg preparation.
I like this product but I am still trying to season the individual dishes as the poached eggs still stick to both the sides and bottom of the dishes. If anyone can help with the seasoning of these dishes it would be much appreciated.
