Break the chocolate in small pieces and add them to the whipped cream and milk in a bain marie. Heat the mixture while gently stirring, until it has totally melted. Finally add the butter and stir it through the sauce.
You can replace dark chocolate with milk chocolate or white chocolate if you prefer.
