Cod à la Flamande


Step 1

Butter an oven roaster or an oven cocotte and sprinkle the chopped shallots in it

Step 2

Put the rinsed and cleaned cod fillets inside your oven dish

Step 3

Pour the white wine over the fish

Step 4

Put a few slices of lemon on each cod fillet

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper

Step 6

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fish

Step 7

Put the oven roaster or the cocotte in the oven for about 20min

Step 8

Put the cod fillets on a plate

Step 9

Reduce the poaching broth and thicken it with breadcrumbs

Step 10

Pour a little sauce over each cod fillet


  • 4 cod fillets of 250gr/fillet
  • 100 gr butter
  • 100 g chopped shallots
  • 20 g chopped parsley
  • 1 fl white wine
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
