Crunchy chocolate mousse (Oxfam Fairtrade recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whip up the egg whites until you get a very firm foam. Whip up the mascarpone with the cane sugar and the egg yolks until you get a smooth mass. Stir the bio chocolate drink under it and add the egg whites. Crumble 4 cookies and add them to the mixture. Divide the mascarpone over the rest of the cookies and let stiffen in the fridge.

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of bio cane sugar we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product
  • 4 tablespoons of bio chocolate drink we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product
  • 2 packages of bio cacao cookies
