Preheat the oven to 150°C .
Mix all the ingredients.
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes (use baking paper) until crispy. Give a stir every now and then.
Let cool down. Mix with dried fruit if desired.
Store in an airtight container.

- 175 g mixed nuts (chopped)
- 75 g coconut flakes
- 50 u sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sunflower or coconut oil
