Greek chicken burger
Cut the cucumber in half (lengthwise), take out the seeds with a spoon, then cut the cucumber into small cubes
Cut the chicken into very smal cubes, and grind it . Add the mustard, mayonnaise, pepper and a pinch of sal, mix it thoroughly. Make hamburgers from it.
Cut the spring onions into rings and add half the spring onion and tarragon.
Brush the burgers with a thin layer of oil and grill them in the Beka Energy Grill Pan, cook on a moderate heat for Brown 10 minutes.
Mix the cucumber with the Greek yogurt and the rest of the spring onion and tarragon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the Sesame rolls in half and add the cucumber mixture on the bottom halves.
add a bit of corn salad and the burger, but some cumcumber mixture on top and close the burger.
- 400 gram chicken filet
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 75 gram Greek yoghurt
- 4 Sesame bread roll
- 1 corn salad
