Green bean casserole

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2 quart (1,5L) baking dish; stir until blended.

Step 2

Stir in beans and 2/3 cup fried onions.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees F/ 180°C  for 30 minutes or until hot.

Step 4

Stir.

Step 5

Sprinkle with remaining fried onions.

Step 6

Bake 5 more minutes or until the onions are golden.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce / 300 gram) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce / 400 gram) of cut green beans (drained)
  • 1 cup / 150 gram French fried onions
