Grilled fish skewer

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and clean the fish and the scallops

Step 2

Cut up the monkfish in large cubes

Step 3

Put a slice of smoked bacon around each scallop

Step 4

Spear the pieces of fish, the scallops, the prawns and the mushrooms on the skewers

Step 5

Roll the skewers in some oil

Step 6

Grill them

Step 7

Tip: spear some slices of courgette or paprika on the skewer to add some colour

  • 400 g monkfish
  • 4 thin slices of smoked bacon
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 4 cl oil
