Minced meat with red cabbage
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Fry the mince in a frying pan and add the mince spices.
Peel the potatoes, boil and mash them.
Take your casserole dish, spoon a layer of mash into it and then a layer mince followed by a layer red cabbage and repeat the process until all the mince and red cabbage has been used. Always end with a layer of mash.
Put the casserole dish into the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until it has a nice golden brown crust on top.
- 500 g Mince
- 1 sachet Mince spices
- 6 Potatoes
- 1 jar of red cabbage and apple
