Mushrooms à la grecque


Step 1

Brush the mushrooms and clean the fennel

Step 2

Chop the fennel into small cubes

Step 3

Fry the fennel slightly in a little oil first, and then do the same with the mushrooms

Step 4

Add the tomato paste and let everything stew

Step 5

Moisturize with the white wine and the water

Step 6

Add the bouquet garni, the coriander and some salt and pepper

Step 7

Cook everything until it is done

  • 1 dl white wine
  • 5 cl water

  • 10 g dried coriander

  • 15 g tomato paste
