No-bake cheesecake in a glass


Step 1

Add the cookies to a food processor or place them in a plastic bag. Pulse or crush the cookies into small pieces.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese and vanilla sugar to a mixing bowl and mix until it’s creamy and fluffy.

Step 3

Add the whipped cream to the mixture and stir carefully.

Step 4

Divide half of the cookie crumbles into 2 glasses. Next, put half of the cream cheese mixture over the crumble. Divide half of the raspberries into the glasses.

Step 5

Add the rest of the cookie crumbles. Next add the remaining cream cheese.

Step 6

To finish off, decorate the glasses with the rest of the raspberries and a mint sprig.

Step 7

Put the glasses in the fridge for about an hour, so they’re nice and fresh to serve.

  • 200 gr Cream cheese
  • 10 gr Vanilla sugar
  • 125 gr Bischoff cookies
  • 125 gr Raspberries
