One-Pan dish with Bacon, potatoes and eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal blocks.

Step 2

Chop the shallots and garlic.

Step 3

Cut the spring onion in rings, including the green of the spring onion

Step 4

Boil the potatoes 

Step 5

Heat the butter in a pan and add the shallot, garlic and bacon.

Step 6

Add the cooked potatoes and stir fry, add the spring onions later when the potatoes are allready a little bit brown.  

Step 7

Season with pepper and salt.

Step 8

Heat butter in a pan and fry 2 eggs.

Step 9

Serve the potatoes in the pan with the eggs on top.

  • 400 Gram Bacon
  • 2 shallot
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter
