Provençal sauce


Step 1

Peal the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces

Step 2

Fry the tomatoes slightly in olive oil

Step 3

Add the chopped garlic and the powdered sugar

Step 4

Brush the mushrooms and cut them in fine slices

Step 5

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil

Step 6

Add the sautéed mushrooms to the tomatoes

Step 7

Finish the sauce with chopped parsley and season if necessary with salt and pepper
