Quiche Lorraine


Step 1

Roll out the pastry with a thickness of 2mm

Step 2

Beat together the cream and the eggs

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper

Step 4

Butter a cake tin and put the pastry in it

Step 5

Bake the pastry halfway in the oven on medium heat

Step 6

Take the tin out of the oven and put the slices of bacon and the cheese on the pastry

Step 7

Fill it with the egg batter

Step 8

Bake the quiche further in a hot oven for about 25min

Step 9

Decorate the quiche with a little parsley when it is ready


  • 250 g crumble pastry or puff paste
  • 2 g butter
  • 120 g smoked bacon in slices
  • 120 g grinded gruyère cheese
  • 2dl cream or 1dl of cream and 1dl of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
