Quiche with sunroot and chorizo

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200-220 ° C.

Step 2

Fill in the bakingform with the dough and bake the quiche for a while. poke the bottom.

Step 3

Fry the chorizo sausages in a pan. Once cooked, cut them in slices.

Step 4

Take the puff pastry out of the oven when it turns brown. Throw in the vegetables and the slices of chorizo.

Step 5

Whip up some eggs with milk in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour over the quiche. 

Step 6

Finish it with some parsley. Let it cook for another 20 minutes in the oven.
