Quiche with sunroot and chorizo
Preheat the oven to 200-220 ° C.
Fill in the bakingform with the dough and bake the quiche for a while. poke the bottom.
Fry the chorizo sausages in a pan. Once cooked, cut them in slices.
Take the puff pastry out of the oven when it turns brown. Throw in the vegetables and the slices of chorizo.
