Directions
- Butter an oven roaster or an oven cocotte and sprinkle the chopped shallots in it
- Put the rinsed and cleaned cod fillets inside your oven dish
- Pour the white wine over the fish
- Put a few slices of lemon on each cod fillet
- Season with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fish
- Put the oven roaster or the cocotte in the oven for about 20min
- Put the cod fillets on a plate
- Reduce the poaching broth and thicken it with breadcrumbs
- Pour a little sauce over each cod fillet
