Mushrooms à la grecque

Ingredients

  • 400gr mushrooms
  • 80gr fennel
  • 5cl olive oil
  • 1dl white wine
  • 5cl water
  • bouquet garni
  • 10gr dried coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • 15gr tomato paste

Directions

  • Brush the mushrooms and clean the fennel

  • Chop the fennel into small cubes

  • Fry the fennel slightly in a little oil first, and then do the same with the mushrooms

  • Add the tomato paste and let everything stew

  • Moisturize with the white wine and the water

  • Add the bouquet garni, the coriander and some salt and pepper

  • Cook everything until it is done
