Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 250gr crumble pastry or puff paste
  • 20gr butter
  • 120gr smoked bacon in slices
  • 120gr grinded gruyère cheese
  • 2dl cream or 1dl of cream and 1dl of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Directions

  • Roll out the pastry with a thickness of 2mm
  • Beat together the cream and the eggs
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Butter a cake tin and put the pastry in it
  • Bake the pastry halfway in the oven on medium heat
  • Take the tin out of the oven and put the slices of bacon and the cheese on the pastry
  • Fill it with the egg batter
  • Bake the quiche further in a hot oven for about 25min
  • Decorate the quiche with a little parsley when it is ready
