Provençal sauce

Ingredients

  • 400gr tomatoes
  • 2cl olive oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 5gr powdered sugar
  • 200gr mushrooms
  • 20gr chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Peal the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces
  • Fry the tomatoes slightly in olive oil
  • Add the chopped garlic and the powdered sugar
  • Brush the mushrooms and cut them in fine slices
  • Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil
  • Add the sautéed mushrooms to the tomatoes
  • Finish the sauce with chopped parsley and season if necessary with salt and pepper
