White wine sauce

Ingredients

  • 2dl dry white wine
  • 2dl fish broth
  • 200gr thinly sliced shallots
  • 4cl cream
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Let the white wine, the fish broth and the shallots boil in until 2/3ds are gone
  • Add the cream
  • Let it boil until it thickens and becomes a sauce
  • Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  • Add a little lemon juice
  • If liked, put the sauce through a strainer
