Sundried tomato pesto (Oxfam Fairtrade recipe)

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes
  • 100g bio cashew nuts (we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product)
  • Black bio pepper corns (we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product)
  • 2,5dl extra vierge olive oil

Directions

Put all ingredients, except the olive oil, in the blender. Mix them and add the oil gradually, so the pesto can bind.
Pour in small bowls and serve with chips, nachos or bread.

Tip: the pesto tastes also very good with pasta.
