Directions
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whip up the egg whites until you get a very firm foam.
Whip up the mascarpone with the cane sugar and the egg yolks until you get a smooth mass.
Stir the bio chocolate drink under it and add the egg whites.
Crumble 4 cookies and add them to the mixture. Divide the mascarpone over the rest of the cookies and let stiffen in the fridge.
