Salmon fillet au gratin with goat cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the lemon clean and grate off the peel.

Step 2

Then mix the oil, lemon zest and Italian herbs in a bowl and season to taste with pepper.

Step 3

Cut the salmon fillet into equal pieces and rub with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the salmon pieces next to each other in your Beka casserole dish.

Step 5

Cut the goat cheese into thin slices and place on top of the salmon.

Step 6

Pour the herb mixture over it.

Step 7

Bake the salmon until cooked on the middle rack of the oven for a period of 10-15 min. at 225 °C, until the goat cheese starts to brown

Step 8

Serving suggestion: Add some jacket potatoes to the casserole and the meal is ready.

  • 500 g Salmon fillet
  • 120 g Soft goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. fresh Italian herbs
