Spicy chicken tagine
Cut the onion into rings, cut the carot into cubes. Cut the chicken filet into strips.
Prepare the couscous according to the package directions.
Heat some oil in the Beka Tagine and fry the onion. Add the chicken and let it cook for 2 mins.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini in half (lengthwise) and cut into thin slices.
Add the carrot and zucchini to the tagine and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes (cubes) along with the ras el hanout to the tagine.
Close the tajine again and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Season the couscous with pepper & salt and add the parsley

- 300 gram chicken breast
- 250 gram couscous
- 1 Zucchini
- 20 gram parsley
- 2 teaspoon ras el hanout (Moroccan spice)
- 400 gram tomato
- 300 gram carot
