Sundried tomato pesto (Oxfam Fairtrade recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients, except the olive oil, in the blender. Mix them and add the oil gradually, so the pesto can bind. Pour in small bowls and serve with chips, nachos or bread.

Step 2

Tip: the pesto tastes also very good with pasta.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes
  • 100 g bio cashew nuts we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product
  • Black bio pepper corns we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product
  • 2.5 dl extra vierge olive oil
