Veggie burger

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the onions and garlic.

Step 2

Blend the onions, garlic and all the other ingredients in a food processor.

Step 3

Make 4 patties.

Step 4

Grill the burgers in a non-stick grill pan or on a hot stone. Serve with buns and a salad.

  • 500 g chickpeas (cooked)
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • salt
  • oil
