Step 1

Chop the onions. Cut the carrots and leeks in rods and the celery in loops. Chop the celery leaves and handful of parsley.

Step 2

Divide the chicken breast into halves and skin the chicken drumsticks.

Step 3

Stew the vegetables briefly with a little butter.

Step 4

Put the chicken broth in the Beka Arôme stew. Add the chicken drumsticks and let it simmer for 10 minutes untill the broth starts to boil. Then add the vegetables and cook it gently for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Take out the chicken pieces and vegetables from the broth. Let the chicken broth boil for another 5 minutes

Step 6

Take a cup of cold water and add the flour to it. Then add this to the broth. 

Step 7

Mix the egg yolk with the cream, also add this to the broth. Quit cooking if the broth reaches its boiling point.

Step 8

Season with nutmeg, salt & pepper 

Step 9

Add the chicken and vegetables again. Let it cook for a while untill everything is hot. 

Step 10

Garnish with the chopped celery leaves and parsley. And serve with a boiled potato.
