Zucchini soup with herb cheese


Step 1

Cut the leek into rings.Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces.Rinse the zucchini and cut into pieces

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in the eka Black collection stockpot and cook the vegetables in it. Cover the whole thing with the chicken bouillon and let it boil.

Step 3

When the soup begins to boil, reduce the heat and let everything simmer 20 minutes. 

Step 4

After 20 minutes it can be mixed. Season it with salt and pepper.

  • 1 stem leek
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Chervil
  • 4 teaspoon Herb cheese
  • 2 liter Chicken bouillon
  • Butter
  • Pepper & Salt
