Kickstart your lazy day with a lavish but healthy breakfast including lean proteins, such as eggs, and vegetables. By introducing your greens in the morning, you set the tone for the rest of the day and you are already one step closer to your daily dose of vitamins. Tips for a balanced breakfast?
