Aluminum casserole with non-stick coating

aluminium non stick casserole

These type of casseroles are a great option for fast and efficient cooking. The aluminum material heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly throughout the pot, allowing you to start cooking right away. Plus, aluminum cooking pots are lightweight and comfortable to use, making them a great addition to any kitchen.

The non-stick coating on casseroles is particularly useful for preparing dishes with sauce or vegetables. You can cook up a flavorful tikka masala or meatballs in tomato sauce without worrying about sticking or burning. Non-stick casseroles are also easy to clean, but it's best to avoid using a dishwasher to preserve the coating.

Traditional cast iron casserole

If you prefer to work with heavy materials for one-pot dishes, such as authentic cast iron, our Nori stew pots are for you! These dutch ovens are ideal for preparations such as grandmother-style stews, liters of spaghetti sauce, or homemade bread. Typical properties of cast iron cocottes are excellent heat distribution and long-term retention of their heat. Perfect for simmering preparations on a low flame or in the oven to enhance the aroma. These durable casseroles last for generations due to their high-quality finish. Beka's cast iron pots and pans are equipped with a strong enamel finish that prevents rust and avoids food residue from sticking.

Are you wondering what size casserole would work best for your cooking needs?

Well, it really depends on what you're planning to make. Let's say you're preparing a side of broccoli or potatoes for a group of 4 to 6 people. In that case, the standard 24 cm diameter casserole would be just right.
However, if you're cooking rice or new potatoes, a smaller casserole or saucepan would be a better fit. On the other hand, if you're aiming to make a one-pot dish for a larger group of 4 or more people, it's best to opt for a diameter larger than 26 cm or even consider a sauté pan. And when it comes to soups, it's recommended to choose a larger cooking pot or even a stock pot designed for that purpose.
To be prepared for any cooking scenario, we suggest investing in a variety of different sizes of pots and pans. You can make your life easier by selecting a cooking pot set that match in style. That way, you'll always have the right tool for the job!
