Plume Traditional & Light
The charm of cast iron, the convenience of aluminium. This casserole looks traditional, but feels surprisingly light.
Made from recycled materials and finished with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. That makes it as sustainable as it is user-friendly.
Thanks to the clever drop-structure in the lid, steam is evenly distributed — for juicy, flavourful dishes, time after time.
The strength of the Plume collection lies in its light weight and refined details:
- Perfect for stews and one-pot meals just like traditional casseroles
- Lightweight dutch oven: this aluminium casserole is up to 70% lighter than cast iron casseroles
- Made from durable, recycled aluminium with RCS certification
- Fast and even heat distribution: The light aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat, which means that cooking at low to medium heat is sufficient for reaching the right cooking temperature.
- Smart lid with self-basting structure: the condensation that forms during cooking is continuously and uniformly redistributed over the food during cooking thanks to the buds on the underside of the lid.
- PFAS-free non-stick ceramic coating: Thanks to the ceramic non-stick layer, your food slides out of the pan with no effort at all. Easy to clean.
- Includes removable silicone handles: safe and comfortable from stove to table.
