2. Make sure the product is in its original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories (such as instructions for use and the delivery note).

3. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Important information:

• The cost of the return label is between €5.00 and €7.00, depending on the country of return.

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 working days.

• If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction for loss of value may apply.

• You are not obliged to use our return label; you may also choose your own shipping method.

Legal information on the right of withdrawal

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For all products purchased from Allinox's webshop, the Customer-Consumer has a right of withdrawal during a period of 14 calendar days, without needing to provide any reason. This period starts from the moment the Customer-Consumer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the products. During the withdrawal period, the Customer-Consumer must handle the product and its original packaging with care. The Customer-Consumer must ensure that the product remains in its original condition and may only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The Customer-Consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:

• (i) by completing and sending in the template withdrawal form;

• (ii) by sending another clear and unequivocal statement to Allinox declaring the intention to withdraw;

• (iii) by registering the return via the following link on our webshop: https://beka-cookware.sendmyparcel.me/returns/create.

If the Customer-Consumer uses option (ii), they must send a notice prior to returning the products to support@beka-cookware.com or to the postal address stated in Article 1. This notice must include the following information:

• Notification that the Customer-Consumer wishes to withdraw from the contract;

• Full contact details of the Customer-Consumer;

• Description of the article(s);

• Order date and receipt date;

• Order number;

• Shipping date (if the notice is a letter).

Allinox shall confirm receipt of the exercise of the right of withdrawal on a durable medium as soon as possible.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer-Consumer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Products returned without prior notification will not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

There are no additional charges associated with exercising the right of withdrawal. However, the costs for returning the purchased products are borne by the Customer-Consumer. If using the return label provided via the webshop, the cost will range between €5.00 and €6.50 depending on the country of return. The Customer-Consumer is free to choose an alternative shipping method.

The Customer-Consumer must return the products in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories (including but not limited to the instructions for use and the delivery note), within 14 calendar days after correctly notifying Allinox of the withdrawal. The shipping date will serve as proof.

Payments already received by Allinox shall be refunded upon receipt of the goods or upon the Customer-Consumer providing proof of return shipment (whichever occurs first), and no later than 10 working days thereafter. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Allinox reserves the right to apply a deduction for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or in the event of receiving damaged or incomplete products.
