Healthy steaming dish: sole rolls with tomatoes, broccoli and fresh dressing

Quick, healthy and fresh spring dish with the steamer! This delicious preparation with steam inserts allows you to prepare several ingredients in one go.

Healthy steaming dish: sole rolls with tomatoes, broccoli and fresh dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cm ginger, grated
  • 12 sole fillets
  • pepper and salt
  • a few sprigs of lemon thyme
  • a few sprigs of oregano
  • a few vines of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 broccoli

Preparation

  1. Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry pan.
    For the dressing, mix the sesame oil with the soy sauce, the juice of half a lime and the ginger.

  2. Pat the sole fillets dry.
    Brush them with two teaspoons of the dressing then roll them up.
    Place them, seam side down, in the upper part of the steamer.
    Season with salt and pepper and place two wedges of lime and a few sprigs of lemon thyme alongside the fish.
    Place the cherry tomatoes in the middle part of the steamer.
    Divide the broccoli into florets and place them, together with the oregano, alongside the cherry tomatoes.
    Steam for five to six minutes.

  3. Serve the sole rolls and the vegetables with the dressing and sesame seeds.
