Om je keramische antiaanbaklaag optimaal te houden enkele tips: Gebruik altijd wat vetstof bij het bakken, vermijd scherpe metalen spatels en extreme hitte. Laat je pan rustig afkoelen voor je ze afspoelt en maak ze schoon met warm water en een beetje afwasmiddel. Zit er toch iets vast? Even laten weken en je pan is weer klaar voor topprestaties.Let op je temperatuur: Inductiekookplaten worden heel snel en sterk heet. Als de pan te snel verhit wordt, kan hij kromtrekken door de temperatuurschok. We raden aan om de pan op een gemiddelde temperatuur te verwarmen. Verwarm nooit op vol vermogen om te voorkomen dat de pan kromtrekt.
