Preparation – step by step recipe
- Mix the lukewarm milk and water with sugar and yeast.
- Let sit for 10 minutes until slightly foamy.
- Add flour and salt, whisk until smooth.
- Add the egg and melted butter.
- Mix well, cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Heat a pan with a bit of butter. Fill each of the four blini molds with a spoonful of batter.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbles form and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
Ready to serve!
