Stuffed halloween peppers

Forget the pumpkin! 👻 This year, go for spooky-faced peppers.

These delicious stuffed peppers are a breeze to make in your Evolution pan: from hob straight into the oven.

Preparation – step by step recipe

1.    Preheat the oven to 180°C and bring water to the boil in your Evolution cooking pot.

2.    Finely chop the garlic and shallot.

3.    Heat a knob of butter in your Evolution frying or sauté pan and sauté the shallot and garlic until translucent. Meanwhile, cook the rice for 8 minutes.

4.    Add the minced beef, fry until browned, then stir in the passata. Let simmer gently for 5 minutes.

5.    Carve Halloween faces into the peppers and trim the bottoms slightly so they stand upright. Discard the tops.

6.    Season with pepper, salt and Italian herbs.

7.    Stir the rice into the sauce.

8.    Fill the peppers just below the rim and top with grated cheese.

9.    Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted.
