Preparation – step by step recipe
- Heat the olive oil in a Savor frying pan over medium heat. Add the baby potatoes and cook until golden brown and lightly crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook briefly until softened and translucent. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly (1–2 minutes).
- Add the mussels, cover, and let them steam for 5–7 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally until all the mussels have opened.
- Finish with fresh herbs, lemon juice, pepper, and a pinch of salt if needed.
