Preparation – step by step recipe
1. Mix the flour, egg, milk, sugar,yeast and salt together until smooth.
2. Heat the pancake pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
3. Let the kids pour small circles of batter into the pan (1 tbsp per mini pancake).
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Spring finishing touch: Serve with avocado and salmon or tomato, mozzarella and basil or rucola
