Preparation – step by step recipe
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse briefly under cold water to prevent sticking.
- Place your Maestro Multiply wok pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add the garlic, ginger and red onion. Cook until they soften and release their fragrance.
- Add the carrot and mushrooms and stir‑fry for 2–3 minutes. Then add the cabbage and keep stirring.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce and sweet‑and‑sour sauce. Toss everything well so the noodles are evenly coated and start to caramelise slightly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed — a bit more soy sauce or some chili flakes works great.
- Serve with spring onion and sesame seeds for extra crunch.
