Preparation – step by step recipe
- Start by mixing the flours, yeast and salt.
- Add the egg and milk, then whisk into a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat the BEKA blini pan with a little butter.
- Cook small spoonfuls of batter until golden brown.
- Flip them and cook briefly on the other side.
- Top each blini with two thin slices of apple, a piece of blue cheese and some celery. Finish with pepper and a drop of honey.
