Preparation – step by step recipe
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the vine tomatoes in the Evolution casserole and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes for 12–15 minutes until soft and lightly caramelised.
- Remove the pan from the oven, gently nestle the burrata between the warm tomatoes and let sit for 1–2 minutes to warm slightly.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in a grill pan or toaster.
- Serve the tomatoes and warm burrata on the toasted bread and finish with fresh basil.
